The hotel is perfectly clean and amazing, offers nice location to a good restaurant where we had lunch. The rooms are cool and comfy here with a 4th bed, the balcony and a nice view.

The location is perfect, 1 km from Mega Park Nightclub. And it's based in a modern area near local transport, and the beach and lidl.

We enjoyed its good and absolutely perfect location.

The room was clean on the lower floors, besides it had wake-up service, just in case.

The value for money at the hotel was great, and our room was comfortable with a nice view of the water. The location was convenient, just a quick 5-minute walk to the beautiful beaches. The staff at Tent were friendly and professional, making our stay enjoyable.

The morning meal could have been better with a warmer and better-stocked cooked breakfast option.

It is completely reasonable hotel for the money you pay. Reception is quite nice. Rooms are with balconies and bathtube. You will have two chairs at the balcony but not a table. If possible choose sea view even if the hotel is not next to the beach. There is a bus stop next to the hotel with bus number 21 to the airport as well as 23 to Palma city center. The hotel is not next to the beach but it is in 300-400meters which is not such a long distance. Be advised to choose a hotel away from the beach as there is so noisy all day long. Stuff of the hotel is fantastic.

Paid Internet is too expensive. You could find free WiFi in most of the bars. There was ants in our bathroom in the last days and we didn't bring any food in the room! There was only one power outlet in the room.

The standard of the food at breakfast time was good, and the relative peace and quiet of the hotel also appealed. It was also within very easy walking distance of the beach. The staff working in the dining room and the bar were very pleasant, efficient and friendly.

The room was comfortable and had nearly everything that was needed but no hair dryer. The decor was a bit tired and tatty and could have done with an upgrade, but possibly this was due to the fact that we stayed at the end of a busy season.

We asked for double room and it was wonderful with the balcony. Extremely friendly personnel in all areas and gave some tips about Playa de Palma😃

This hotel was pretty standard with helpful staff in all areas. The breakfast was varied and very very good with lots of dishes.

I really enjoyed air-conditioned and clean room in this hotel.

There were comfy beds and a private safe, central heating and a work desk inside the room.

Close to the beach and restaurants, this hotel is in a perfect location. You can easily walk to the beach and enjoy the nearby eateries. The rooms with balconies offer a lovely view, especially on the lower floors. I particularly enjoyed having breakfast included in the package, which was a great way to start the day.

No complaints, everything was satisfactory.

the rooms do not have comfort,the air conditioner only worked for a few minutes ,the mattresses are very bad,everyday I wake up with back pain and I still feel until today the pain, dont have refrigerator in the room if want they hire, and has a lot of noise thanks

The service provided by the staff is top-notch, and the basic amenities in the rooms, such as the balcony and pleasant terrace, enhance the overall experience. It's also worth mentioning that breakfast is included, adding to the convenience and value of staying here.

All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.

There were a lot of noisy male guests staying there. The noise was at night when I wore ear plugs. The best time to sleep was during the day.
